We have been committed to this promise and have been striving to do our best to protect our clients’ rights and benefits. To measure the promise of protecting our clients’ rights, we have established effective operation policies.
Things JZMed, Inc. will only do:
► Sign CDA at the very beginning of contract negotiation with any side clients;
► Provides service providers with only need-to-know information;
► Ask only project-related questions with either side clients;
► Discuss only project-related issues with either side clients;
► Inspect vendors on a regular basis by on-site, face-to-face conferences.
Things JZMed, Inc. will not do:
► Not provide chemical structures that are considered confidential to any other parties;
► Not provide background of a research project to service providers;
► Not disclose biological testing results that are considered confidential to service providers;
► Not conduct any internal research that potentially conflicts with client’s interest.
